When I was at the beach yesterday morning quite early, I think around 7am I had to walk up and down the beach and inspect all the shells that were washed up on the beach. Sometimes there are hardly any like today, but yesterday there were quite a lot.
I didn’t have to walk very long and I found the first rounded glass. As I continued I also found some unusual shells that you don’t normally find here. Or maybe its just that they are picked up quickly and I hardly see them?
I think I only walked around 50 meters up and down and picked up more and more rounded glass. I almost felt like I had collected enough pieces to piece together a bottle, but of course there weren’t enough bits.
But for the short distance it was quite impressive to find 17 pieces of glass.

it would be great if every person walking on the beach would pick up all the glass they see!
I actually don’t pick them to put them in the rubbish. I like to use them somehow in my craft or for decoration. They are usually nice and smooth from the waves and sand.
