Same as last week, I didn’t really get to do much craft, but was writing a lot of my Australian cards. My German mail is all posted and will hopefully arrive early December.
I had planned to write a lot more cards yesterday, but I had an unplanned 2 hour Skype call with a friend from Germany and hence I haven’t progressed as much as I thought. Today I had my usual disc training and in the afternoon I was catching up with friends for a Jazz/Gipsy concert with picnic. And you won’t believe it, it was raining! We haven’t had a drop of rain the whole November, but it was raining today in the afternoon! Anyway, we survived and still enjoyed the food and the music.
Of course, even though I haven’t had much time for craft, I couldn’t resist to give it a go when I had a brain wave of how to use a thick aluminum foil. The outcome was a couple of cards. I first die cut the foil and then used an embossing folder and I really like how it has turned out. I also tried myself on a dimensional card with wire.
Here the cards I made in the last two weeks. I also made a birthday flip-it card for a friend.
