I have been busy creating birthday cards. Funny enough they are all for the same person! John ordered again a special card for his wife Verna for her 70th birthday and since we are all invited to celebrate with Verna, my friends Albrecht and Ross also ordered a card each. And of course I also want to give her a card too, so I ended up making 4 birthday cards.
I tried doing completely different cards, which is sort of a challenge. Usually I like one color scheme or a particular style and create a couple of cards before I move on.
I also wanted to do something a bit more fancy than just normal cards. So the outcome was a special album card with photos of Verna:

Its a folding album that opens up completely, but can also be folded to stand up. The first photos are from before I finished decorating the cards with photos. I had to make a special box for it, as of course it didn’t fit into a normal envelope.
Another card was a stand up card,
