I can’t believe it! It was almost to easy. I saw some broken off branches lying around a tree near the Wembley Golf Club while driving past on Sunday night.
This morning I stopped by and checked them out. I thought I will need to organise a saw to cut off a piece…
Well, this evening coming back from Volleyball and being sweaty anyway I stopped again and tried to break off a piece.
And it worked, I could break off two branches and I could easily remove the small branches with all the dried leaves on it. At the end I was left with two shorter and one rather long branch – probably 2 meters, but going around the corner.
Thanks to my station wagon I could fit them across the back seat and the boot into my car.
And it is beautiful wood – gumtree me thinks.
